In 1998 we began implementing the decision to switch from traditional to sustainable agriculture, a system which favours the use of natural alternatives to fertilize, prevent and control pests, diseases and weeds. This is a comprehensive agricultural system that works hand-in-hand with clean and healthy environment policies.
The idea is to avoid as much as we can the use of non-natural elements, through the use of geese, sheep, insects and plants. The environment becomes a self regulating system, and our fruit is cultivated in a cleaner and healthier way.

En 1998 iniciamos una política de transformación de nuestra agricultura desde el cultivo tradicional al sustentable, un sistema que favorece el uso de alternativas naturales para la fertilización, prevención y control de plagas, enfermedades y malezas. Este sistema agrícola trabaja con políticas limpias y sanas para el cuidado del medio ambiente.
A través de los cultivos sustentables se busca evitar el uso de elementos no naturales, mediante el uso de gansos, ovejas, diversos insectos y plantas. El medioambiente se transforma en un sistema auto-regulable, y la fruta es cultivada de manera más limpia y saludable.
